Trio Boulevard | Al-Iskan Real Estate Co. As one of Jeddah’s premier destinations, Trio Boulevard presented a unique spatial challenge: maximizing utility on a complex triangular plot to achieve a highly efficient 30,000 sqm Built-Up Area. My involvement with this landmark development began by shaping the initial concept design during my tenure at HHB office. Subsequently, AA studio was entrusted with the comprehensive Architectural and Interior Design scope, seamlessly executing the multi-disciplinary coordination, IFC documentation, and site supervision to bring this vision to life.
